How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?

Most of our products have a low shipping charge of just $4.98 per item for US destinations.  Shipping is 100% free on all purchase of over $50.00! For more information, including details on international shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, our online payment partner.  We also accept payments by PayPal.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We work hard to get orders shipped and delivered as fast as humanly possible. On average, you can expect to receive your items within 3-5 days after it is placed. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Is My Personal Information And Credit Card Data Protected When I Shop With Ombura?

Your shopping with us is 100% secure!  We use SSL technology which means that all information you provide to us is protected and encrypted.  In addition, all credit card information passed through our site is encrypted and stored with Stripe, an industry leading payment processor that handles our transactions.  We never receive or store your credit card information on our servers.

Can You Create A Custom Product For Me?

Absolutely!  If you see a product in our store that isn’t quite what you are looking for, we would be happy to make changes to include whatever custom text you would like.  Just send us an email and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

I Haven't Received My Order By The Expected Delivery Date. What Should I Do?

We work with trusted shipping partners to make sure that you get your items on time.  If for some reason you haven’t received your order by the date expected, please send us an email and we will look into it for you.  In the very unlikely event that your item has gone missing, we will be happy to replace it for you free of charge or issue a refund.  For more information, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
